The Residence is situated near via Etnea in the centre of Catania, within easy reach of the main university faculties. The Alcantara Residence (for male students) is an elegant, fin-de-siècle building and can house 20 students throughout the academic year, excluding August.
The Collegio d'Aragona owes its name to Alfonso of Aragona, the king who sealed the birth of Catania's University. It opened its doors in october 2005. Located in the central Via Ventimiglia - a few minutes walking from the Railway Station and from many university seed - offers the possibility to make an authentic College experience. With 87 beds, it offers many first quality residential sevices.
