University College

The commitment of the Colleges to orientation

From high school to university

How to make the best choice for your future?
The Colleges offer orientation programs for university life students in the last classes of high schools through personal orientation interviews and events. The programs are integrated with those offered by universities.

From the University to the world of work

For college students, the entire training course is designed to find themselves, their value and guide them to the world of work, through career coaching, meetings and placement (see agreement with Cavalieri del Lavoro).

Training, support and community are the basis of development of potential for each student, in search of themselves, and their talents to start designing their professional career, during the last years of the university.

College Diploma

The 'College Diploma' is issued by the individual College and certifies the skills acquired during the college experience. In some cases, it certifies the acquisition of specific skills through professional assessment activities carried out by independent certification companies.

The Diploma can be presented as an additional certification in the selection procedures of public administrations as established by the individual calls, and to employers in the private sector.

Study Center

The Study Center organizes initiatives and research aimed at valuing merit, history, training and competence models, lifestyle and the idea of community, present in the University Colleges of Merit.

Among the publications promoted and commissioned by the Study Center:
“The Value of Merit Colleges” Of 2019 by European House of Ambrosetti. The study, aimed at identifying the points of value and distinctiveness of the University Colleges of Merit, aimed to qualify and quantify the contribution they offer to the country, and to make the reality of the Colleges known to students, families and stakeholders.

“The University Colleges of Merit” Of 2025 by IPE. “The text explains in detail the profile of the residential realities examined: through the methodology adopted, the commented and compared data, an exhaustive picture of the University Colleges of Merit and the general and local context in which they operate city by city is presented.
