Camplus Firenze

Camplus Firenze is a highly technological residence. The result of the complete redevelopment of a mid-1900s building owned by the Ferrovie dello Stato Group used as Ferrotel, it is now a great example of energy efficiency: thanks to the use of renewable energy sources and the home automation of the systems, energy waste is reduced to a minimum. Camplus Firenze is designed to be a College of Merit, so its environments are perfectly adapted to the needs of the students who live there. The heterogeneity and flexibility of use of these spaces, together with the central and strategic position to reach universities and the center of Florence, make this structure avant-garde and functional
